Container Shipment Tracker
Frequently Asked Questions
Direct containers will arrive sealed. The customer must have either a dock or a portable ramp in order to unload. If you have an order placed and lack either of these tools to unload your order, please contact CMi immediately so that we can proactively find a solution.
Changes can often be made so long as the desired delivery is within the same area/region, but always with a cost associated. Each container is shipped to a specific port based on their final destination and has an entire transit schedule to include rail and trucking. For example, something bound for Denver cannot be changed to New Orleans but an order headed to Dallas can often be moved to Houston (but again, there is always a cost associated if the change is possible).
All delivery partners are required to schedule a delivery time with the customer to prevent billing for additional time. This is done to protect you, the customer, as there is (1) free hour allocated per container for unloading. This allows you to control when you receive your container based on your availability.
