Price Increase on all CMI Synthetic Underlayments

To our valued customers:
Please be advised that due to significant increases in freight, polymers, and other production costs, the price of all Continental Materials synthetic underlayment products will increase between 5% and 12% nationwide. Current global tensions have put unprecedented pressure on container transportation and other costs that impact these products.
• 10-12% increase – All Mechanically-attached Synthetic Underlayments
• 5-9% increase – All Self-adhered Underlayments
• Price Increase on All Warehouse Shipments – Effective: 3/1/2024
• Price Increase on Shipments Ex. Plant – Effective: 3/1/2024 (regardless of order date)
Your CMI representative will be in touch with you to discuss any open orders you may have with us. A new price list will be generated and delivered to you prior to the increase date. CMI intends to continue earning your business and delivering the best products in the roofing underlayment segment. We will not compromise on the integrity of those products that have earned us your trust and the largest segment of the discretionary underlayment space.
