Continental Materials Announces Long Term Supply Agreement with MSL – Supporting Fiberboard Demand Across the United States
Abington, PA (12/15) – Continental Materials, Inc. (CMI) had notified its customers that on November 18th Georgia Pacific announced the closing of its fiberboard operations ending a 31 year partnership with CMI shipping hundreds of millions of feet of roofing fiberboard nationwide.
Now, just two weeks later, on December 1, 2015 we are pleased to announce a long term supply agreement with MSL (part of the Louiseville Fiberboard Group) to supply our customers and the market with the highest quality fiberboard product in the U.S. today. CMI will handle all roofing fiberboard sales and marketing in the U.S. market for MSL.
This will be a seamless transition for our customers, nothing changes. You deal with the same people, receive the same quality line of roofing fiberboard products, and soon to be announced, a low moisture fiberboard product used in single ply systems.
Unlike some suppliers whose foundation is in direct contractor sales, CMI remains committed to supplying our fiberboard and other products through wholesale distributors coast to coast.
