Continental Materials Announces Corporate Realignment for 2015

CONTINENTAL MATERIALS ANNOUNCES CORPORATE REALIGNMENT FOR 2015
Abington, PA (12/14) – Continental Materials, Inc. (CMI) announces the below corporate realignment to reinforce our commitment to better support and serve our valued customers and business partners.
Marty Boland – Senior Vice President will assume responsibility for the direct management of national accounts. No longer running the Western Region, this change will allow Marty to be the lead contact with our key national account business partners. This will be in addition to his continued role of supporting our Regional Sales management team while focusing his 20 years of successful distribution sales experience on the growth and support of key regional and national distribution customers. CMI’s regional sales managers will continue to report to Marty in his expanded role.
Mike DiStefano – Vice President of Operations and Product Development will now be fully focused on a pipeline of new products coming to market. With Mike’s experience and background in both residential and commercial building products, we are fully vested in effectively bringing these products to our distribution customers in the short term, with time being spent on the next stages of our SecureGrip™ Synthetics as well as our All-Weather™ Modified Bitumen products. In addition to new product development, Mike will be directing efforts on product and system specifications, code approvals and sales force training and tool implementation.
