Asphalt Increase Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that due to rising asphalt, transportation, packaging, and other costs, the price of all Continental Materials roofing asphalt products will increase between 3% and 5% nationwide effective with shipments March 3, 2025 regardless of order placement date.
Additionally, there is another 3% – 5% increase expected on or around May 5th, 2025.
Any material that ships after an increase date will be at the new price, please plan accordingly.
You will receive your new delivered pricing from your local CMI Sales Rep or you can call CMI Customer Service at 1-800-247-6637. All prior quotes for shipments after the effective date must be re-confirmed to be valid.
All Continental Asphalt is produced with our patented No-Smell™ formula and protected with our WeatherSeal™ UV resistant protective packaging. Continental provides the “Original” No-Smell™ Asphalt.
