FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Price Increase Announcement – Asphalt Effective: March 14, 2022 Nationwide Dear Valued Customer; Please be advised that due to rising asphalt, transportation, and other costs, the price of all Continental Materials roofing asphalt products will increase between 5% and 11% nationwide effective with shipments March 14, 2022. This is in addition to the increase that was just implemented. Current global tensions have put unprecedented pressure on asphalt and transportation costs as crude approaches $100 a barrel.
